Yes, exchanges are possible if the sandals are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. To request an exchange, please contact us at info@calmashoes.co, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request based on product availability.
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your sandals within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Please note: refunds are only issued for faulty or damaged items. For all other returns, we offer exchanges or store credit.
While we’re happy to accept returns, the cost of return shipping must be covered by the customer. Make sure to choose appropriate packaging and shipping methods to avoid damage during transit.
Once we receive your return, please allow 5–7 business days for processing. If your item is eligible for a refund due to a fault or defect, it will be issued to the original payment method and may take 3–5 business days to reflect in your account. You can pay for your order using the following payment methods:

We currently don’t accept other credit cards; however PayPal offers the possibility to link most major credit cards, which gives you the option to pay with them on our website, via PayPal.
You can pay for your order in multiple currencies depending on your location:
- In Colombia: Colombian Pesos (COP)
- In Latin America: US Dollars (USD) but local currencies are available in certain countries.
- In the United States: US Dollars (USD)
- In Europe: Euros (EUR)
- Rest of the World: US Dollars (USD) but local currencies are available in certain countries.
The main store currency is USD, but local currencies are available depending on your country.
You will not have to pay import duties to receive your order.
There is a possibility that you might have to pay import duties depending on the custom laws of the delivery country. If this is the case, please reach out to info@calmashoes.co and we will cover your import duties.

If you’ve got a discount code, now’s the perfect time to use it! Just a reminder: only one discount code can be applied per purchase, and they don’t apply to sale items.
