Return policy
30-DAY RETURNS
We hope you love our sandals as much as we do. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your sandals within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Please note that the products must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Returns that do not meet these requirements, unfortunately, cannot be accepted and will not be refunded.
We only issue refunds for damaged or faulty items. For any other reason, we offer free exchanges or a store credit to use on a future purchase. We want to make sure you have the best possible experience with Calma and find the perfect pair for you.
While we always strive to deliver orders as quickly as possible and within the estimated timeframe provided, all delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside of our control, including production delays, public holidays, customs procedures, carrier disruptions, and other unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery delays do not qualify for refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks. If an order does not arrive in time for a trip, event, vacation, or any other personal circumstance, we are unable to issue a refund on that basis. We therefore strongly encourage customers to place their orders well in advance of any important dates.
Products on sale are not eligible for returns or refunds. However, you may request a size exchange, subject to availability.
While refunds are only available for items that are damaged or defective upon arrival, Calma covers the cost of return shipping for approved exchanges, and the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement item. Please ensure that all returns are securely packaged and shipped using a reliable carrier. We cannot accept items that are returned damaged due to insufficient packaging or mishandling during transit.
Once your return arrives at our facility, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. After your return is processed, we will issue your refund back to the original payment method used for the purchase. If you paid using cash on delivery, contact us at community@calmashoes.co to help you further. Please allow 3-5 business days for the reimbursement to be reflected on your account.
PREORDERS
Products and sizes labeled as PREORDER are not eligible for returns or refunds. However, you may request a size exchange, subject to availability. By purchasing a PREORDER item, you acknowledge and accept that production and delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside of our control, including but not limited to production delays, material availability, public holidays, customs procedures, and carrier-related disruptions.
Delays in production or delivery do not entitle the customer to a refund, cancellation, or chargeback. This includes situations where the customer is traveling, leaving the delivery destination, or is otherwise unable to receive the order within the originally expected timeframe.
Once a PREORDER has been placed, it enters our production process and cannot be cancelled. The order will be delivered as soon as production is completed and the shipment reaches the destination address provided at checkout.
EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange your sandals for any reason, please get in touch with us at community@calmashoes.co. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to product availability. Kindly note that the sandals must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging to be eligible for an exchange.
