Size Guide
We recommend 3-5 mm width of space between your longest toe and the tip of your shoe. If you’re between sizes, size up.

How to Measure Your Foot
-
Get your materials: a sheet of paper, a pen or pencil, and a ruler or tape measure; measure barefoot (no socks).
-
Stand on the paper: place it on a flat floor and stand with your full weight evenly distributed.
-
Mark heel and toe: draw one line at the back of your heel and one at the tip of your longest toe.
-
Measure heel to toe: measure the distance between the two lines in millimeters.
-
Add comfort allowance: add 3–5 mm for natural toe movement.
-
Compare with the size chart: use the final measurement to find your size.
