How to Measure Your Foot
-
Get your materials ready: a sheet of paper, a pen or pencil, and a ruler or measuring tape. Measure barefoot, without socks.
-
Stand on the paper: place it on a flat surface and distribute your weight evenly.
-
Mark your heel and toe: draw a line at the back of your heel and another at the tip of your longest toe.
-
Measure from heel to toe: measure the distance between the two lines in millimeters.
-
Add comfort space: add 3–5 mm for natural toe movement.
-
Compare with the size chart: use the final measurement to choose your size.
